The 15-day free look period is the time in which a new planholder can terminate or cancel his/her life plan.
It is the time given to planholders to read the plan’s terms and conditions and assess if he or she has made the right purchase.Within the free-look period, the planholder can request for cancellation of the plan and be entitled to a full refund of the paid amount. The refund will be credited to the planholder within 7 business days upon receipt of the cancellation request except for payments made thru Mastercard or Visa debit/credit cards, which will be credited back to the debit/credit card used for purchase within 15 business days. If the plan was paid using online banking, the refund will be in the form of a check payable to the planholder.
