How can I transfer my life plan to others?

If the plan was purchased through Sales Agent: 

You may apply for transfer of your plan at any St. Peter Life Plan branch. You need to submit the following documents to facilitate the plan transfer:

  • Duly Signed Transfer of Right Form (to be provided at the Branch)
  • Original Copy of Certificate of Full Payment (if any)
  • Original Copy of Life Plan Application (LPA) and Planholder Identification Card (PHIC)
  • Photocopy of two (2) valid IDs each of the Transferor and Transferee

If the plan was purchased through the St. Peter eStore and beyond the 15-day free look period.

  • Please go to our St. Peter eStore www.online.stpeter.com.ph and click on the PLAN TRANSFER tab and select the plan you wish to transfer. 
  •  If your plan is within thirty (30) days from the date of effectivity or date of reinstatement your plan may not be transferred. 
  • Once a plan is selected, you will be required to fill out the ONLINE TRANSFER FORM with the corresponding terms and conditions, if you confirm this, you and your transferee should be immediately notified via email and text message regarding your successful PLAN TRANSFER.  
  • Kindly make sure that you have the mobile phone that you used to register ready in order to receive the OTP for the plan transfer request.
  • Kindly advise your transferee to SIGN UP in our online store for further notifications if he/she has not yet registered.

The effectivity date of the transfer shall commence upon payment of the Transfer Fee. Please take note that once your plan has been transferred, the plan cannot be used to avail of memorial services within 30 days. Further, the 1-year contestability period will recommence for all insurable planholders.
