How can I change my personal information (Contact details) in your records?

Change of personal information can be requested at any St. Peter Life Plan Branch or the St. Peter eStore.

If the plan was purchased through Sales Agent:

To process the correction of your personal information, please visit our St. Peter Life Plan branch nearest to your location Mondays thru Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Our Branch Manager and staff will be glad to assist you.

Kindly bring the following for our reference on your data correction request.

Change of Number or Email Address

⁃ Updating od Contact Details Form (To be provided by the branch)

⁃ Valid ID

⁃ ₱50 processing fee (if without Certificate)


If a plan is acquired through the St. Peter eStore:

Please login to your eStore portal and follow the procedures below to process the correction of your address:

• Please login to your eStore portal

• Under Account details, click Profile

• Click the double down arrow to show your contact information.

 

In order to update your mobile number, please complete the following steps:

  1. Enter current password and new mobile no.

  2. Verify code sent to your email.

  3. Validate SMS OTP via new mobile.

In order to update your email address, please complete the following steps:

  1. Enter current password and new email.

  2. Validate SMS OTP.

  3. Verify code sent to your new email.
