Can a representative get a planholder's money-back check?

As a matter of security, we recommend that the planholder is the one to receive the money back proceeds.

However, in consideration of your safety during this pandemic, we now allow representatives to get a planholder’s money-back check provided that the representative is able to provide a signed authorization letter from the planholder and a valid government-issued ID.

You can also request for the money-back check to be named to your authorized representative. Your representative must be able to present a signed authorization letter from you as the planholder and a valid government-issued ID. We would also require a signed waiver of rights from you, as the planholder, as proof that you are entrusting your right or claim to the money-back proceeds to your authorized representative.
